  • At least 3 to 6 years of Experience in ITSM Support/Development.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL Processes – Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management.
  • Good knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management with Normalization and Reconciliation processes.
  • Worked on customizations of OOTB modules mentioned above.
  • Good Knowledge of Foundation Data Configuration and related processes.
    • Import and Export of Foundation data
    • Application\Module specific configurations
  • Good knowledge of Assignment Engine, Approval Engine.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Good debugging skills.
  • Good to have
    • Knowledge of AI/AIE
    • Experience\Knowledge of Basic Java\Javascript\HTML\CSS\Bootstrap\Angular
  • Should be ready to learn other ITSM Tools.
