- At least 3 to 6 years of Experience in ITSM Support/Development.
- Good knowledge of ITIL Processes – Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management.
- Good knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management with Normalization and Reconciliation processes.
- Worked on customizations of OOTB modules mentioned above.
- Good Knowledge of Foundation Data Configuration and related processes.
- Import and Export of Foundation data
- Application\Module specific configurations
- Good knowledge of Assignment Engine, Approval Engine.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good debugging skills.
- Good to have
- Knowledge of AI/AIE
- Should be ready to learn other ITSM Tools.
