As a Solution Consultant, you will share your enthusiasm for technology with our clients. You will understand how DxSherpa adds value to the company by combining ServiceNow expertise with a strategic approach to business outcomes.

What is your Job Role?
The Solution Consultant is a functional business consultant who has a love for technology and the advanced ability to build, position, and demonstrate product-specific solutions during sales cycles while meeting quarterly and yearly sales targets for an assigned region.
Together with a sales representative, you are responsible to:
◉Identify requests for our platform across various business activities by knowing the client’s industry, particular business model, and issues.
◉Analyze and find the value our solution will provide to the client’s relevant stakeholders in accordance with their company strategy and objectives.
◉Prepare, arrange, and lead client workshops with the assistance of our internal teams to demonstrate ServiceNow’s Digital transformation capabilities and possibilities for them.
◉Develop Road-map for your clients
◉Determine a proper storyline to transport the value our product
◉Act as trusted DxSherpa functional and technical ServiceNow advisor for clients
◉Answer functional and technical queries from teams and clients
◉Keep up with new product releases and features to uncover extra up- and cross-selling opportunities in your clientele.
◉Analytical skill to identify downstream implications
◉Strong requirement gathering experience for a gap analysis and potential improvement areas
◉Ability to persuade the stakeholders to accept out of the box or customizations
◉Experience in working Agile (Scrum preferably)
◉Ability to plan and lead the implementation as well as support for the product and process
◉Strong experience in BFSI domain
◉Lead discovery workshops to determine customers challenges and give product demonstrations to align ServiceNow solution with customer needs .
◉Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners. Deliver PoCs
◉Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
◉Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
◉Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
5+ years of working experience in a (pre-)sales role or in a strategic advisory/consulting role with sales experiences
Ability and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its products for IT, HR, customer service and industry solutions
Demonstrated ability to prepare and handle functional/ technical conversations with clients
Demonstrated experience competing in complex working environment with several stakeholders
Travel Required 60%
Fluency in English
