◉ Consultant must have development + design experience
◉ Consultant must be clear communicator able to discuss and evaluate recruitments with client
◉ Scope will be mostly deploying service catalog items
◉ ServiceNow implementation certification is a must
◉ Good understanding of conducting ServiceNow workshops and technical design
◉ Excellent Development Skills
◉ Good in providing Developer guidance, testing, demos-pilots-development deliveries to key users, user training and go-live support
◉ Proficient in modules like Incident Management, Event Management, Change Management, CMDB & Configuration, Asset Management, product portfolio, asset portfolio, asset contracts, Service Catalog, Access Management, Knowledge Management, Discovery Management
◉ Excellent knowledge of Integrations with third party software
