Title : Business Development Executive

Experience : 5+ years

Main Essential Functions :
◉ Ability to sell core ServiceNow Product/Platform and associated Professional Services
◉ Creates and executes an individual sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual goals
◉ Works alongside Inside Sales Team on Lead Generation & Qualification
◉ Works with Marketing Team to develop custom tailored campaigns for prospects and clients in the defined territory.
◉ Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients; explaining products and services capabilities;
◉ Performs sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned sales objectives within assigned territory
◉ Identifies and researches prospects and clients
◉ Works with the Solution Consulting team to define the engagement scope
◉ Organizes and drives complex sales pursuits with support from internal and external partner eco-systems
◉ Perform Account Management function on all the accounts owned in the Territory

Education & Skills/Qualifications :
◉ Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
◉ 6-7 years of experience in selling software products and services with a minimum 2 years of experience to sell either IT Service/Project Management or Customer Service Management tools.
◉ Outstanding verbal and written communication
◉ Proven track record of business development with consulting services and software products
◉ Successful use of sales methodologies from past
◉ Ability to utilize technology and tools provided to drive sales process and pursue new business
