Title: Service Now Consultant

Experience : 3 -7 years’


  • Consultant must have development + design experience.
  • Consultant must be clear communicator able to discuss and evaluate recruitments with client
    • Scope will be mostly deploying service catalog items
    • ServiceNow implementation certification is a must
  • Good understanding of conducting ServiceNow workshops and technical design
    • Excellent Development Skills.
    • Good in providing Developer guidance, testing, demos-pilots-development deliveries to key users, user training and go-live support.
    • Proficient in modules like
    • Incident Management, Event Management, Change Management, CMDB & Configuration, Asset Management, product portfolio, asset portfolio, asset contracts, Service Catalog, Access Management, Knowledge Management, Discovery Management.
    • Excellent knowledge of Integrations with third party software.
