Title: Service Now Consultant
Experience : 3 -7 years’
- Consultant must have development + design experience.
- Consultant must be clear communicator able to discuss and evaluate recruitments with client
- Scope will be mostly deploying service catalog items
- ServiceNow implementation certification is a must
- Good understanding of conducting ServiceNow workshops and technical design
- Excellent Development Skills.
- Good in providing Developer guidance, testing, demos-pilots-development
deliveries to key users, user training and go-live support.
- Proficient in modules like
- Incident Management, Event Management, Change Management, CMDB & Configuration, Asset Management, product portfolio, asset portfolio, asset contracts, Service Catalog, Access Management, Knowledge Management, Discovery Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Integrations with third party software.
