Marketing experience: 2 years

Education:
MBA Marketing from a registered institute (preferably tier A)

Language: English

  • Have understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Good in Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecast
  • Create marketing strategies with team
  • Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information
  • Work and lead the marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Identifying new customers and support sales and lead generation efforts
  • Creating promotions with advertising managers
  • Support and create marketing and Go-to-market plans
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns
  • Support in organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events
  • Build brand awareness and positioning
  • Developing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Research demand for the organization’s products and services
  • Handle social media accounts, public relation efforts, and content marketing
  • Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
  • Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Track all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
  • Should have Excellent communication skills
  • Candidate should have the ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
